Reception

• Vacuum welcome mats at front door. Make sure they’re straightened out and entrance is tidy to welcome your clients. 

• Clean the front door glass on both sides.

• Empty all trash receptacles, wipe them down, and replace liners.

• Using disinfectant, wipe down the reception counter, desk, and telephone. If there is a coffee table or other similar furniture in the room, wipe that down as well.

• Straighten magazines and make the coffee table look presentable.

• Dust tables, chairs, lamps, window shades, vents, and other surfaces.

• Vacuum and/or mop the floors.

Cubicles/offices

• Dust accessible shelves, exterior cabinets, and other hard surfaces.

• Empty trash receptacles, wipe them down, and replace liners.

• Dust computer monitors and keyboards, as well as other computer equipment. (Dry microfiber cloth used on computer monitors)

• With disinfectant, wipe down the desk, phone, and chair arms (if applicable). Don’t forget to clean the phone earpieces!

• Collect any office kitchenware (plates, utensils, mugs, etc.) and return to the kitchen.

• Dust/Vacuum accessible HVAC vents.

• Dust window blinds/shades as well as the window sill.

• Clean window glass and any other glass surfaces.

• Vacuum and/or mop the floors.

Kitchen/Break area

• Empty refrigerator of all unclaimed items. (Per Your request allowing office staff to receive prior notice to ensure employees label items they want to keep.)

• Clean refrigerator shelves and disinfect. Replace items that were labeled to keep.

• Wash counters, disinfect and sanitize.

• Straighten items on the countertop and make the area look presentable.

• Empty and clean coffee maker.

• Empty trash and recycling bins, disinfect bins, and replace liners.

• Wash dirty dishes left in the sink.

• Clean sink, faucet handles and disinfectant.

• Vacuum and/or mop floors.

Bathroom

• Empty and disinfect trash bins and sanitary napkin dispensers (if applicable).

• Clean and Disinfect sinks, faucet handles, paper towel dispensers, and/or hand-dryers.

• Clean and Disinfect toilet seats, handles and toilet paper dispensers.

• Use toilet bowl cleaner and brush to clean the toilet bowl.

• Use glass cleaner to wipe down mirror over the sink.

• Refill toilet paper, paper towel, and soap dispensers.(if applicable)

• Ensure hand dryers work properly. (notify management when issues are seen)

• Sweep and mop floors using appropriate disinfectant solution.
