What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We do everything we can to give you the best price possible, without cutting corners. We pride ourselves in using only the top-quality and Eco-friendly products along with top of the line equipment. Our employees are very well trained (3 weeks introductory course) vetted and competitively paid. All of this is to provide the absolute highest cleaning quality service in the business. Because of this, usually our prices are a little higher than our competitors, but the results are unequal. When it comes to your home or business you should have nothing but the best.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

No two homes or businesses are alike and they all require different methods of cleaning. Once contacted we like to do an on-site estimate. Each project is built with your specific check-off list designed to fit your particular cleaning. After each cleaning you are emailed the check-off list with the cleaning performed along with before and after pictures via google drive. This is to ensure our high standards are being met.

What type of properties do you specialize?

We provide professional cleaning services to a variety of commercial and residential properties such as retail, financial, healthcare, restaurants, condo complexes, apartment complexes, education, energy/utility and specialty industries.

How do I know the cleaning crew is cleaning what was agreed and is being done correctly?

Scrub A Dub cleaning has a whole division devoted to quality control. With each clean performed You are provided with your custom built check- off list along with before and after pictures. Pictures are sent  via your personal “Google Drive” to keep for your records. Google Drive is utilized so the pictures do not take up space on your HD but on our cloud storage.

How can we Identify Scrub A Dubs professional staff when they are in our facility?

We fully understand the importance of knowing who’s who in your building. Every Scrub A Dub employee or contractor is required to carry identification.

Are your Services guarantee?

We are not satisfied until you’re happy, so we offer a 100 percent satisfaction guarantee. If something was missed, please notify us within 24 hours and we will send the team back at our expense to correct the issue. Our dedication to customer service and our desire to please ensures consistent, high quality cleaning.

Do you have references?

Yes. All you need to do is ask, and we’ll supply one or more of our clients in your residential area who are happy to confirm our commitment to quality.
